Freedom Crossing is an exciting new project at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. The Army Air Force Exchange Service wanted to do something special for the troops that come through their doors everyday to do their shopping. They wanted to create a place equal to that of the high-end shopping destinations that consumers find in bigger cities and towns. AAEFES has invested considerably in amenities such as these fountains in order to provide the troops stationed there with more than just an average shopping center. The concepts developed by Greenscape feature the army star as the heart of the new interactive feature and will allow for a place to play during the day as well as an attractive well-lit amenity at night.
