Construction Superintendent - Dallas, Texas

Must have 2-5 years experience as Construction Superintendent involving commercial mechanical, electrical, plumbing. Some

out of town travel required.

Areas of Responsibility:
Project startup activities
Planning and organizing work segments
Supervision of labor and crafts
Construction problem resolution
Procurement of building materials and supplies
Quality and cost control
Overseeing safety compliance of project
Liason with owners, architects, suppliers, etc.
Compliance with legal requirements/company policy and procedures
Development of subordinates
Close-out activities(punch lists)
